Sorted Group Limited, the delivery management and post-purchase technology business, has joined Huboo as part of a strategic transaction, bringing together two complementary businesses with a shared ambition to support retailers with smarter, more connected ecommerce operations.
The move combines Sorted’s delivery management technology with Huboo’s fulfilment capability, creating a broader ecommerce logistics group with the scale and expertise to support brands from warehouse to doorstep. Together, the businesses will serve more than 400 customers across sites in Bristol, Manchester, Eindhoven and Madrid. Sorted’s Manchester office will remain a centre of excellence for delivery technology.

For Sorted, this marks an important next step in the company’s growth. By joining the same group as Huboo, Sorted gains a stronger platform for continued investment in its technology, people and customer offering, while expanding the ways it can support retailers navigating increasingly complex delivery operations.
Sorted works with leading retailers and logistics operators including Marks & Spencer, Asda, Dunelm and GXO, helping them improve delivery performance and customer experience through greater control, visibility and flexibility.
Paul Hill, Product Director at Sorted, said:
“Joining the same group as Huboo is an exciting step for Sorted. It gives us a stronger long-term platform for our technology, our team and our customers, and creates new opportunities to deliver even more value to retailers. There is a clear strategic fit between Huboo’s fulfilment capability and Sorted’s delivery technology, and we’re excited about what we can build together over time.”
Jo Kennedy, Managing Director at Huboo, said:
“Bringing Sorted alongside Huboo strengthens the group’s technology capability and broadens what we can offer to ecommerce brands. Together, we are creating a more connected approach across fulfilment, shipping and delivery experience, helping retailers improve transparency, flexibility and customer satisfaction.”
The enlarged group is focused on building a more capable, scalable and innovation-led ecommerce logistics platform, bringing together operational expertise and technology to help brands adapt and grow. Huboo will continue to expand its specialist expertise across key retail verticals including food and drink, health and wellness, supplements, vegan and vegetarian-friendly products, alongside wider consumer goods.
