Sub-processors

Sorted uses a number of third-party products and services for purposes such as infrastructure, hosting, monitoring, alerting, and communications as well as to support and deliver the Sorted platform and services.

The third-party providers and suppliers do not have direct access to data contained within or utilised by their services.

Amazon Web Services – Secondary Cloud Service Provider – Hosting the Sorted Platform. (Europe)

Atlassian – Cloud-based solution used for customers support.

Auth0 – Platform authentication. (Europe)

Datadog – Cloud-based logging and monitoring covering all Sorted products. (Europe/US)

Google LLC – Cloud-based web analytics provider. (Europe/US)

Microsoft 365 – Cloud-based office productivity suite including email. (Europe)

Postmark – Cloud-based platform used to send consumer email communications.

Sendgrid/Twilio – Cloud-based outbound communication provider. (Europe/US)

In addition, we also interact directly with many carriers and carrier services in order to offer our services. In those circumstances, such carriers either act as a controller in their own right or a processor of our customers.

In accordance with clause 13.7 of our Subscription Terms, we will notify you of any changes to sub-processor details by updating this page, so please check regularly for any additions or replacements.
