Rob has a long history of leadership in enterprise software delivery within blue chip organisations, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and solving challenges in fast-paced environments. He has operated in transformational leadership, governance, delivery assurance and troubleshooting roles, to deliver successful business outcomes.

Peter is a highly experienced leader with a strong track record of managing successful and technically excellent organisations. Throughout his 20+ years in technology, he has combined his technical and business skills to deliver quality, scalable products and services in the most demanding of environments. Peter has recently held senior technical leadership roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and The Hut Group.

From start ups to blue chips, Mahmoud has a strong track record of successfully delivering commercial, transitional and business transformational change. He is a qualified chartered accountant with extensive experience across multiple sectors, and draws upon his computer science degree to resolve complex operational challenges.

Keeping a close eye on our processes and technology, Tim has an expert lens on how to champion innovation, automate the business end-to-end and proactively support customers with a seamless experience throughout their lifecycle.

Axel is an international commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience managing teams whilst working in the UK, US, Canada, Luxembourg, Spain and Chile (…plus, he’s a fluent English and Spanish speaker too!). Prior to joining our team, he’s headed up EMEA sales teams at OpenText, Mblox (now Sinch) and MACH (now Syniverse). Now, he leads Sorted’s Sales function to provide solutions for retailers and fuel growth.

Heading up the marketing function, Dan has all eyes on the market, the latest trends and our growth strategy. Spending the last 10 years leading B2B marketing teams in fast-paced businesses, such as Daisy Group and AccessPay, Dan has proven success in building and developing teams, and implementing and optimising marketing programmes that drive revenue growth.

Since founding the company from his kitchen table, David has driven the delivery experience vision for Sorted. His knowledge of technology and future retail trends has been a key driver in guiding Sorted into a global player. As our retail expert and with connections with the largest global retailers, he’s obsessed with transforming delivery experience for the industry and driving innovation in the sector. On the mantelpiece next to his double Masters from Cambridge, he’s won numerous tech, leadership and retail awards.

Iain is an experienced CTO, COO and Non-Executive Director with a track record of delivering large-scale technology change programmes, as well as strategic and operational leadership. Iain has spent most of his career so far in global financial services and energy companies, but more recently founded a fintech start up focused on asset tokenization and blockchain-based payments. He’s served on the board of a B2B software company and is an advisor to B2C technology start-up.

Danny joined the Sorted board in 2014, representing Praetura Ventures and working proactively alongside management with a particular focus on fundraising, financials and business strategy. Danny was promoted to Partner in January 2018 at Praetura Capital before taking on a portfolio MD role at Praetura Group across SaaS tech and financial services.

Mike is a successful investor, business leader and entrepreneur with more than 20 years’ experience in the financial sector. He was the co-founder and former CEO of Praetura Group, which launched in 2011. His early career was spent with PwC as a chartered accountant before joining GCA Altium, where he was a managing director for 10 years. Alongside his role at Arete, Mike is a trusted advisor and non-executive chairman to five businesses and a board member at several others.

Matt joined Seneca from the RBS Structured Finance team in January 2017, where he completed 15 Leverage Finance transactions, primarily mid-market private equity deals. Working alongside the top private equity institutions in the region, Matt led deals across the Leisure/Consumer, TMT, Professional Services, Manufacturing, and Infrastructure sectors.

Darren has been a Non-Executive Director on Peel Hunt’s boards since 2004. He has over 30 years’ equity markets experience working for financial services firms, and held a number of senior management positions, including managing director at D. E. Shaw Securities International. Darren was He was also chief executive of KBC Financial Products, following KBC’s acquisition of D. E. Shaw Securities International in 1999 and is now a non-executive director at Praetura Ventures and a Board director at Praetura Debt.
